The basis of this intervention is the opportunity to reconvert a group of vacant buildings, some of quality, in order to reverse a cycle of degradation that would lead to predictable ruin.
In general terms, an attempt was made to completely reconvert the buildings, providing them with the best conditions of use, in terms of functional organization, accessibility, thermal performance and acoustic comfort, with the aim of creating a qualified housing complex that respects the spatial quality and the heritage values of the set.
