Urban Rehabilitation Contract for the Building at Largo das Fontainhas 20 to 27, Lisbon
The work envisages the total rehabilitation of the building, which includes changing its use for housing, with retail on the ground floor and expansion of the roof, with the creation of an attic.
It is also foreseen the creation of a basement, occupying a part of the implantation of the building.
