A obra prevê a reabilitação total do edifício e o melhor aproveitamento do último piso de forma a criar uma nova fração, bem como o piso superior de dois apartamentos duplex.
The attic floor intends to create, through a slight alteration in the morphology of the roof and the height of the ridge - approximately 40cm - conditions of habitability and health for the introduction of a new housing fraction, as well as access to two apartments duplexes that develop on this floor and on the lower floor.
These apartments benefit from dormer windows with small terraces in their extension, due to the setback that the proposed roof draws in order to minimize the impact on the surrounding urban environment.
The building consists of two commercial floors, on the ground and lower floors, and four residential floors.
