PTPrint House Building (Lisbon)
GENERAL REHABILITATION CONTRACT FOR THE "PRINT HOUSE" BUILDING, LOCATED AT TRAVESSA DO FALA SÓ, 18 TO 20 IN LISBON
The work concerns the expansion/refurbishment of a residential building initially consisting of 2 independent buildings, interconnected internally by a set of stairs.
The renovation is practically complete, namely in terms of the interior organization of the buildings, with plans for their demolition.
Some elements of the main façade are maintained, such as the guardrails and balconies and some stairwells.
The objective is for housing, with a total of 11 housing fractions of typologies T1 (5 units, 2 of them duplex and 1 triplex) and T2 (6 units, 2 of them duplex).
