Rehabilitation of the Lido Swimming Pools
The Lido Bathing Complex, which has been in operation for more than 30 years after its last major renovation, was severely affected by the storm of February 20, 2010, due to strong sea waves that caused the protection zone of the main adult pool to rupture, as well as damage to the solarium and water treatment equipment facilities, which led to its closure due to a combined lack of operational and safety conditions.
A joint intervention was carried out throughout the complex, covering not only the Maritime protection aspect to safeguard future storms, but also the adaptation and resizing of all areas of the complex, with the main objective, on the one hand, a complex with a current architectural line, functional and economical in terms of maintenance, and on the other, superior efficiency in all it's infrastructures.
