The project consists of the construction of an urban park in Porto Santo, requalifying the space where the Porto Santo campsite was located, and for this purpose, the existing buildings in the center of the park and next to the beach were demolished.
The building and the house next to the entrance, in the northeast area of the enclosure, remain without any intervention.
The existing well and waterway are also maintained, the latter having been restored in order to safeguard the local cultural heritage.
Shade and rest areas were created, a picnic area, a children's playground, an area for beach sports and the creation of new structures for a cafeteria and ice cream shop.
